Certainly looks like Sciapus, but from your pictures you left out the easiest character to confirm the genus: The forked vein M.

thanks Paul, Stefan and Igor! This fits perfectly S. heteropygus ! The genitalia I showed here as the underside at the top of the photo. The genitalia and wings fits perfectly the photos of David! Also the features you have pointed. Thanks. |
