Fly from Northsea-coast, probably just ascaped from slikky larval habitat. Lauwersoog-23 juli

Magnification shows broad 5th tars-element.

As far as i can judge this species is not yet presented in diptera-gallery.

This is not a Coelopidae. I think it is a Scathophagidae.

After searching a little, I have a guess : Ceratinostoma ostiorum. I hope somebody could confirm this.
