I think this is a Muscid flly. Please confirm or correct me. Is it possible to give a more precise ID? I still have the specimen and could add info is this would help.

Yes, the pale scutellum tip and the smoothly bent M-vein led me to Muscina and the all black legs to levida. It is very abundant here, too.
