 I never seen a Fly doing pee Smile at least it's what it seems Smile from the end of the abdomen, genitals, came out a ball of liquid

Could someone please help me to identificate this nice and funny fly?

I have just received the very sad news that Peter Chandler has died after a fall at home yesterday. I have no other details at the moment. We shall miss him terribly.
