Hallo, allerseits!

This Scatophagid (?) was considerably smaller than the one in my previous post (7-8 mm). It came to a cup of fruit mush (originally intended to attract hornets and butterflies, but was mostly visited by flies :-)) two days ago (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Thanks for any hints!

It is typical female of S. stercoraria.

Thanks! It appeared very small to me for a S. stercoraria, therefore I thought it must be another species.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
