 The longer I look at it's relatively large outer gonostyle, the more I think it is more likely te be in the Tipula (Arctotipula) group. Sorry about my earlier suggestion.

 This is sg. Pterelachisus, either varipennis or submarmorata.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
