I think this is correct, if anyone can confirm it I will put it in the Gallery as we don't have any of these.

Taken on 4th September, my garden south of Lincoln UK. It had landed on a white flowered Hydrangea, where many flies seem to like to sit. I also got a female Meliscaeva cinctella in the same place the day after!
