I've seen this Tachinidae in my garden (about 6mm (Belgium, 15-09-2009)
What could it be ?

Could you tell me if the features you use to go to Admontia are:
Topcel closed
Scutellum with at least 4 erect bristles
Bristles on cheeks

And the vein m, m-cu and cu, are they always darkened like that ?

Yes, those are the features.

Ramonda is in Wagneriini, very characteristic tribe.

Sexing is tricky in Wagneriini, but yes, it looks like a female
