Hello,

Searching for similar flies, I found Peplomyza in a book.
According to the Dutch checklist in Holland there is only Peplomyza litura. Is it as simple as that ( for once ) ?

I have to admit that I have not seen any other Peplomyza species from the Netherlands yet, but keep in mind that there are three more species of this genus known from Europe (i.e. P. discoidea, P. intermedia, and P. dejongi). Of these species P. discoidea is the most likely to be found in the Netherlands sooner or later, given it's currently known distribution.
See http://www.faunae...p?id=62140 for more information on the distribution of the Peplomyza species.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
