Hello! I could take only this not so good photo before it took off. Not very big Muscid (?), smaller than Phaonia pallida (8 mm), yesterday night at light (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Can something be said about it? Thanks! Juergen, hard to say a lot: 1. May test it well may be Ph.pallida 2. Ph.pallida is a small Phaonia - 8mm - OK Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

Hello, Nikita! Nikita Vikhrev wrote: 1. May test it well may be Ph.pallida 2. Ph.pallida is a small Phaonia - 8mm - OK Thanks a lot! P. pallida is numerous here at hedges at daytime in the moment. I thought this one was not only a little bit smaller, but also darker. But that may be according to the other light conditions in the night.
