Tephritid: Euleia heraclei? Suffolk, Apr for ID

I would appreciate help to identify this Tephritid fly, photographed today 22 April in my garden (Ipswich, VC25 East Suffolk, TM166450). The nearest I could find in I M White's handbook is Euleia heraclei. Is that correct? I have the specimen if more images are needed.
