That was my first guess - looks like the Billaea maritima but let's wait for Theo

It is indeed a Billaea. Need to check the literature and collection, many of these are rather rare, so I have little experience here. Theo |

it keys out to B. maritima, due to the lack of marginal bristles on tergite 3. It looks, however, different from my collection specimes from Bulgaria. Theo |

Not sure what you are asking but it looks like a photo of Ocytata pallipes - the median vein seems to disappear
