Agreed. No Lucilia has hairy eyes and a bare arista - sure sign of a Tachinid if it's metallic green.

I wonder what G. zhelochovtsevi and G. magna looks like. Are they also green and metallic?

Thanks Rui! I assume then that all are the shiny metallic type ... All three Gymnocheta species are mentioned in the Swedish Report System, but G. zhelochovtsevi status is unsure. |
