Hi, Here is a bigger fly that makes ID easier. More precisely, there are two flies that probably belong to the same species. Genus Phaonia shouldn't be wrong, I think, and the only partly brown scutellum and the dark markings of the abdomen make me suppose P. subventa rather than P. rufiventris.
