Location: Near Stockholm, Sweden Date: 2007-SEP-15 Habitat: Outskirts of park Size: Like Musca autumnalis or a bit smaller This fly sat on a wall and it looked like a very dark muscid. Even the wings seemed darker than usually in muscids. When the flash went off it moved it's wings, otherwise it holded them like an ordinary muscid.
