Photograph taken on 09 May 2015 in Lujar Alcornocal, Mediterranean forest area, about ten kilometers from the coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 13-16 mm
It landed on my companion's pants ...

The nice eye pattern means nothing I think, depends of angle of light.
