next comments: there is a male of fore tarsus is externally long haired, that suggest me a species S. pilimana, not yet recorded from Denmark ! It will be fine if you collect a male specimen and make better pics ! Andrzej dr. A. J. Woznica, Institute of Environmental Biology, Wroclaw University of Environmental & Life Sciences |

Andrzej, today I was looking to some Suillia similis/imberbis specimens. If I follow Papp's key, I arrive at similis using the characteristic of the pubescence of the arista. I think I have some similis in my own collection as well. I think I have never seen S. imberbis. Do you have this species in your collection? Isn't it possible to put pictures of both species on internet? Papp writes in his key that both similis and imberbis are very rare. Is this true for Western Europe? Isn`t it just overlooked? thanks, ruud van der weele rvanderweele@gmail.com |

Sorry, Andrzej, I think my question wasn`t clear to you. I didn't make the photo's. I just added my question because of the typical group of species. ruud van der weele rvanderweele@gmail.com |
