Family Tachinidae, subfamily Phasiinae, tribus Phasiini? Just guessing, better ask someone who is more familiar with this family.

Hoi Benoit,
Kahis has right with his names, and I can even tell you the name of the species: it is Trichopoda pennipes.
It is a parasite from Hemiptera, so the true bugs.
It originates from South America, and has landed in Europe approximately 1960 in Italy (i think). From there it is still spreading.
I caught them myself in Perpignan and also in the departement Lot et Garonne!
They sometimes try to use it in Biological control. The colour of the abdomen ranges from black to orange!
Greetings,
Greetings,
Gerard Pennards
