Coastal area in southern Spain

Photograph taken on December 04, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suįrez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 7-8 mm

Physiphora cf. smaragdina (Loew). The last species, to my knowledge, is widespread throughout Africa, but has not been recorded from Europe. Any captured specimens?

Very grateful for their identification.
With your guidance I edit the title.
In principle, when I find a different fly, I do not recognize it, and only try to take the best pictures. But if I find it, knowing it might be interesting for specialists like you, I will try to capture for you some specimen
It seems to be something interesting. Except dissenting opinion, I guess, I can upload to gallery.
