Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Brazilian Phoridae

I got a nice sequence of photos of a Phoridae fly trying to lay eggs on Bombus and other type of bees.

Trying to thin down the identification to Genus or species level if possible.

Location: South Brazil near Uruguay.

Wow, thanks a lot Paul and mr. Brown.

I found a recent article about the species. (they have images for the adult forms)

I'll upload one of these pics to the gallery as well. I think a cropped version of the flying one is the best but I'm open to suggestions.
