Here some more aspects - the antennal ratio is now hard to show, so I left it out.

Legs rather dark with yellow rings


Tip of last flagellomere with pin-like tip


Around 12 scutellar bristles


Wing length: obviously need a finer scale, maybe around1.8mm


Wing seems to have two radial cells (or is this open?)


So, I feel good with Subgenus Dasyhelea, and in particular D. bilineata, but the wing confuses me...
Any more comments highly appreciated
