Hi,
found on 21-February-2021 in a nature reserve with heathland, sand and mixed forest and many vineyards, "Hoellberg", near Neu-Bamberg - Bad Kreuznach, Rhineland Palatinate, Germany.

Hi Stella, I think it's a Tachinidae: Kirbya moerens.
