Photo May 2005, Badem, RLP, Germany. I thought these flies would be easy to identify when I took the photo 15 years ago.

Dioctria, I think (no expert).
The other two flies, posted by you today at about 13.50, are dolichopodids.

They are indeed Dioctria. But the angle of this picture is awkward, hardly any of the important characters are visible. Yet, the black stripes on the middle femora point at D. hyalipennis
