Dear Valery, presently only Olga Ovchinnikova from ZIN (S-Petersburg) is working with Tephritiedae. Thus, I send Ethiopian series to ZIN (it is 7♂ and only 1♀ alas).
If you want to describe new species, please, contact with Olga. If you need any help to visit S-Petersburg, do not hesitate to contact with me.

Valery, last week I collected what I believe really is Elaphromyia pallda
. You was right Tanzanian (Mbeya Range, 8.847S 33.532E, 2390m) and Ethiopian specimens are different.
