Hello,
a 3.5 mm fly in October at light in our garden (northwest Germany).

Hello Jürgen,
Yes, with 2 dorscocentrals, 3 verticals, yellow head & legs this is probably C. rosae/nigricornis. Only definitively identifiable by examining male terminalia.
