Hi kuv, tricky fly (at least for me):
rosy cheeks but black basicosta, no reflecting spot on parafacial = C. uralensis?

A very modern fly ;)
I was so happy to see the red palps that I didn't recognise the transformation!
But are boy and girl from the Ural?

Greetings, Eric
