Badem, RLP, Germany. Photos of Fly captured in my garden 19 Jun 2020. I estimate it is about 15mm.

Hi Jim, it's hard to see with the white background, but the crossveins are darkened and the hind femora are completely yellow. Conspicuus should have apically black hind femora and the wings are without shaded veins.
I think it's a female R. vitripennis.
