Thanks for the ID, Stefan!
Just found out that the locus typicus for Sybistroma setosa Schiner, 1861 is Austria, Vienna, Pötzleinsdorf. As it happens, my specimen was found in a park in Pötzleinsdorf :-)

I'd like to key it using this paper: A new species of Sybistroma Meigen (Diptera: Dolichopodidae) from the Middle East with a key to West-Palaearctic species of the genus

Any chance to get a copy?

Thanks a lot, Igor!
So far no records from Eastern Austria, as far as I can see
