These are also from Frankenhoehe Nature Park and I think the female from 2020-05-03 is lanigerus, but I'm not sure about the male and the couple - your comments are much appreciated.

Greetings, Eric

Hi Theo, thank you very much for your Bibionisms |t

I add 2 views of the female from 20-05-03 - these taken with flashlight.
I thought the wings are too brownish for reticulatus (in the first foto without flash as well)?

Greetings, Eric

Yes, I agree, this is in the lanigerus / johannis complex.
But the copula is reticulatus. Look at the wing venation (and dark tibiae in male).
I don’t think your “wall female”. is the same individual as the “copula female”, is it ??

You are right, the "wall female" is not the "copula female" and I understand that only the wall female is lanigerus / johannis.

Thanks a lot again, Theo!
