Hello Roger,
No, a Chamaepsila. Unfortunately the number of dorsocentral bristle is not visible, so one has only the colour to go on. I'd say Chamaepsila pallida (Fallén, 1820) on account of the entirely pale, abdomen, body, head, legs and antennae. There are no other North-West European species known to me who are so pale.
