Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Male Ptiolina nigrina (Rhagionidae)?

Hi, I've found this fly on a decaying stem of hornbeam on, 2020-06-25, Ansbach, DE-Franconia, Frankenhoehe Nature Park, old deciduous forest.
After some research I'm convinced it's a Ptiolina and I think the discal cell is not 5 times longer than wide.
Is it P. nigrina? Even if FE only mentions obscura for Germany?

Thank you for your opinion and Merry Christmas!

Greetings, Eric Kloeckner
