Hello,
I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy, on April 19th 2020. I think it is a Calliphoridae (maybe genus
Lucilia?), but is it possible to identify it from these photos?

Hi Emanuele, it's a male Lucilia sericata:
Basicosta white (Photo 1)
Frons relatively broad (Photo 1)
Mid tibia with 1 anterodorsal bristle (Photo 2)
