Thread subject: Diptera.info :: which kind of Tabanidae?

Good morning!
This fly I dedected on 26. May 2020 in shadow on leaves.
I think it's a Tabanidae - Tabanus bromius perhaps?

Definitely not bromius, but maculicornis.

Please always try to document the number of eye band in Tabanus, if possible simply by a frontal shot.

if not possible, which i can understand, please write down the number of eye bands.
