Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Bellin (east of Kiel), right by the lake Selenter See, at the wall of a tunnel for pedestrians beneath a street, 20th of May 2020, (Photos: kuv). Is my idea - after searching in the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help to get the ID.

Might well be, but lateral view is necessary to see the genitalia.

Thank you very much Paul :). But it's a pity, I have no picture with lateral view. So I'll write Rhamphomyia cf. tarsata.
