Is it impossible to give a name to this one?.......Paraplatypeza?
About 6 mm, on a leaf of Sedum, Spa (Belgium)

A typical female of Polyporivora picta: two first antennal segments brownish-yellow, the black median stipe on thorax reaching scutellum (which is also black), tergite II with a pair of grey spots, tergites III to V with triangular black basal markings.

and this belongs to the Platypezidae family not Paraplatypezidae. :)

Yes, certainly P. picta these two dots on tergite II is very good character.
