Hi, following Mike Hackstons key from 2019 (adapted from d'Assis Fonseca, 1968) one significant difference between these 2 species are the presutural achrosticals:
H. impuncta has "a pair of conspicuously strong presutural acrostichal bristles" while depuncta has "at most one or more pairs of stronger hairs".
I see no strong presutural achrostical bristles, so it should be H. depuncta (if we only have to choose between depuncta and impuncta).
