Hello,
this quite small guy tends to bs Phoridae. but is any further ID possible based in the bad pics I was able to make.
Length: 1-1,5 mm, Found in Schwetzingen/Germany. 24. Sept 2020

Megaselia. Virtually no chance of getting a species ID for this specimen from photos.
