Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Cecidomyiidae: Lestremiini, cf. Lestremia sp.

Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy on January 20th 2019. I think it's a Cecidomyiidae, but is it possible to identify the genus or species from these photos?
