So this looks like Peltacanthina (s.g. Engistoneuroides) undet sp.It would be easy to jump to the conclusion that this is Engistoneura because of the wing pattern, but this genus is only known from West Africa. Peltacanthina (s.g. Engistoneuroides) is more widely distributed across sub-saharan Africa and the subgenus is defined (in part) also by banded wing pattern. The two are easily distinguished in that Peltacanthina s.s. has scutellar setae raised on tubercles (I think these are just visible).
