Good morning.
This male of the Fannia genus was recently observed in Burgondy (North of Yonne Department).Fannia serena is one possibility, but since they are many species which are very closed, I am not sure that is the good identification. Can you help me by the determination of this species ? Many thanks. Jean-Michel Garel.

In most cases Fannia can not be identified by photo, even by male.
Fannia serena is a reasonable guess in this case, but only guess, sorry
