Hi, I think this look like Tipula fascipennis except for the appendix close to 8s (see photo) which do not appear on any pictures I have seen. It could also be Tipula trispinosa but it doesnt seem to fit either. The photo show a lateral view of the hypogynium. I would be thankful for help.
