Hello,
it's a Conopidae, doubtless.
But can there be a better ID with this (old) photo?
Thecophora - or even more?
Shot in Germany, July 2010.
My intention was to make photos from the Common Chicory, but there were always some insects coming by.
Because of that, I only have the whole photo and an extreme crop - so sorry for the bad photo.
