Yes - you are correct a female Lonchaea - difficult to ID from photos - but the second photo shows nicely that tarsomeres 1-4 are yellow with t5 contrasting black . I can't clearly see the palps but looks like the calypteres are yellow so its probably L. palposa. Perhaps you might consider revisiting the tree next spring to collect pupae from under the bark to breed some out.
