The key in https://www.zobod...9-0079.pdf leads towards X. meigeniana, but I wished we could see the character "hind femora with middle third of ventral surface almost entirely covered in adpressed, yellow, spiny hairs; any black spiny hairs intermixed being mostly along the lateral margin". So, to me it is X. cf. meigeniana...
