I'd say it looks more like Aedes cantans, but that species complex is difficult. A generally cold brown scutum with light spots looks more like cantans, annulipes tend to have a more defined cinnamon coloured stripe on the scutum. But hard to be sure from pictures.

I do find this group difficult, even with specimens sometimes...
