Hi everybody, this is my first thread, so please apologize if I do something wrong, and about my english, and I'm not at all specialist in flies, only interested...
Very large fly, I'd say 10mm at least; in Switzerland, near Geneva and close to the French border; between prairie and edge along little river.
After search (Galleries, Forums and the keys I could find), I'd say probably Suillia, and with arista seeming "plumose" and scutellum seeming hairy, corssveins shaded and size, species could be affinis.
Is it possible to confirm or not? Thank you very much!
