Usually the key by Ball (
http://scathophag...id_key.pdf) is a very good tool, but with this one picture I wouldn't even get to
Scatophaga... My flies of
https://diptera.i...d_id=55039 keyed quite well out as
Scathophaga inquinata at last, but yours look different. Sorry, I can't help...
