I am saying, females Bibio are pretty hopeless.

That said, this is definitely NOT nugriventris and it might very sell be reticulatus. Look at the wing venation.

In that case, it is in the varipes / lanigerus / johannis complex, which is very diffi ult. Check a recent thread by Sundew.

Lanicerus lacks also in Finland.
So B. varipes/johannis
