Hi Raimo, I'm still undecided whether it's a male Dicranotropis cf. hamata (short-winged and protruding genitalia) or Javesella (the white border of the pronotum and the black mesonotum - but mostly long-winged) - from Mühlethaler, Holzinger et al. Die Zikaden DE, A, CH.
Do you have a foto of it's face?
