This fly was photographed on 21st May 2020 on a flowery wayside (eastern Lower Saxony, Germany); size abaout 6 mm. Can it be identified?

Yes, I’d go for E. pellucens (arista sttongly thickened, third antennal segment elongated, though difficult to see)

The genus Eliozeta is not mentioned in Stuke (2019) for Niedersachsen.
Is it o.k. to title Eliozeta cf. pellucens?
